zinocolino is the pseudonym of Walter Decoster, living and working in Leuven (Belgium). For more than thirty years I have been artistically active with different methodologies. I do not belong to some artistic class unless artistic travel is an art movement. However, I consciously choose this attitude and method, driven by a high degree of curiosity, creativity, unrest and experimentality.

As with travel, my works often differ very much from each other. My curiosity and artistic unrest create an oeuvre that clearly separates itself from the usual aesthetic. Each work, as a unique piece, is an individual journey with a known starting point and an unknown destination, driven only by the feelings and emotions of the journey.
